Dealership Office Manager

North Hollywood, CA

New Century Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager that has worked in the automotive industry with CDK knowledge. The Office Manager is responsible for Assisting the Business Manager in the dealership’s overall financial and office workflow. The Position is the key dealership employee for managing the accounting tasks and related policies and procedures at the dealership. The Office Manager ensures compliance with other financial activities and projects including floor plan payoffs and schedules. The position also involves other daily duties, including teaching and leading others in Managing the accounting office 

 

Responsibilities Supervises and trains office personnel.

  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
  • Participates with preparing a complete financial statement monthly according to dealership guidelines and the manufacturer's format and time frame.
  • Reconciles select accounts monthly.
  • Approves adjustments to inventory and receivable accounts.
  • Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, rebates, interest, protection, and co-op advertising accounts are current and accurate.
  • Stays abreast of current factory incentives and codes deliveries on dealership computer system accordingly.
  • Prepares monthly floor plan report
  • Prepares sales commission/chargeback detail reports.
  • Manages the payoff of vehicle floor plan and works with bank representatives.
  • Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management and/or dealer principal.
  • Other duties may be assigned, based on company's needs.

 

  • Must have CDK DMS experience
  • Must have prior experience of 2 years.
