Provide expert assistance to Sales Associate to ensure a smoothrunning and productive work environment.

Assist the Sales Associate in the day-to-day operations byengaging with customers.

Demonstrate and explain vehicle Features, Advantages andBenefits. 

Properly deliver vehicles and customize settings.

Establish and maintain a precise, easy to access filing systemfor all necessary documentation.

Make available reliable, up to date and high quality wordprocessing to GM and other office staff.

Conduct courteous and efficient telephone communications. Maintainaccurate documentation of messages or forward calls.

Promptly acknowledge external and internal customers in afriendly, courteous and considerate manner

Fulfill other duties as assigned.
